    All of our products are carefully packaged and sent using a tracked insured service via Hermes Evri or Royal mail for smaller items. Postage and delivery information Order despatch information With each order I always aim to despatch completed orders within stated lead-times, but please note all dates shall be regarded as best estimates. Once the orders are posted out I shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, or expenses suffered by you, the buyer, or any other party as a result of any delay in delivery, especially in cases where third parties, i.e. Royal Mail, Evri, Dpd and any other delivery companies, are involved. Neither will any such failure to meet a delivery date constitute a breach of contract on the Seller’s part. Accepting Delivery by Royal /other postal service. Every order is checked thoroughly before packing and will leave my office in perfect condition with the contents wrapped securely so that they are heavily protected. I offer various levels of postage services, the most popular one being Royal Mail 24 hr tracked. In cases where the order value is £50 or over, it will also be posted using a service that has additional insurance whilst in transit to you. With the larger orders i.e orders that do not fit through the letterbox, please note that it is a condition of the insurance contract that it's your responsibility to ensure that you, or anyone receiving goods on your behalf, check all goods delivered by the postal service before signing for and accepting them, particularly if any part of the parcel or contents is damaged. If any damage is found, you must sign and mark the carrier’s delivery note as ‘damaged’ and report the complaint to us within 24 hrs of delivery. If the delivery note has been signed for as ‘accepted in good condition’, or similar, you will be in breach of this contract and be effectively invalidating the insurance. As a result, you, the Buyer, will have waived all right to claim for any repair or replacement. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for any failure on the part of any courier or delivery service used to deliver goods nor can we accept any consequential loss incurred by the customer by any action or inaction on the part of Cathryn's Stationery. I post out our orders via Royal Mail and I will always use a tracked service. Upon each order being completed, I always contact the customer and send over the relevant tracking number information via email or via my website, and proof of postage is always obtained. Please ensure you give us the correct name, address and delivery information. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure I have been given the correct delivery address and information. This is why I encourage customers to sign up as members on our website so that we have the correct information for them. Once your order has been posted, it is then out of my hands and becomes the postal service’s responsibility if anything should happen to your parcel ie damage or loss. In the unfortunate event that something like this should happen, then I of course will still do my best to get your order remade and replaced. Here's our current delivery services that we offer Royal Mail Tracked service information : Please note the delivery dates are estimated and Royal Mail aim to deliver Tracked 24 items the next working day, however they can take up to 2 days. Tracked 48 items are usually delivered within 2-3 working days from dispatch. Royal Mail Tracked 24: Order total up to £15 £3.95 £15.01 - £49.99 £4.50 £50+ £5.95 Royal Mail Tracked 48 Order totals up to £15 £2.95 £15.01 - £49.99 £3.50 £50+ £3.95 Larger bulkier orders I may upgrade the service up to DPD a quote will be given upon customer placing order. Returns Returns on bespoke or personalised items will only be accepted if the product is defective. Returns or refund requests will not be accepted for errors identified after any proofs have been approved by you. In the unlikely event that there are any issues with your order, please contact me immediately. Any problems must be brought to my attention within 5 working days of receiving your order.
